The 2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Signal and Image Processing (AIRoSIP) is a unique platform of sharing ideas and concept focuses on new developments and applications of Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence included Image Recognition and Analysis, Image Texture Analysis, Medical Imaging Systems, Feature Extraction Techniques, Medical Image Diagnosis, Image Enhancement, Speech and Audio Processing, Optical Signal Processing, Multi-Fusion Imaging, Capsules in Image Analysis, Deep Learning in Image Analysis, Capsule Networks, various aspects of Robotics and Machine Vision, Automation & Mechatronics, Computational Intelligence, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Fuzzy and Hybrid Systems, Intelligent Optimization and Search, Knowledge-based Systems, Data Mining, Decision Support, Signal and Image Processing Applications in order to understand in more depth of how those aspects intertwine in daily human lives.
The 2023 AIRoSIP is organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) after it has success organizing our first conference namely International Conference on Electronic and Electrical Engineering and Intelligent System (ICE3IS) 2021 and ICE3IS 2022 as presented in the previous conferences video. The 2023 AIRoSIP is also in conjunction with ICE3IS 2023.
The conference will be held as a Hybrid conference, to be held at the same days, August 09-10 2023. Information of the virtual platform will be confirmed in the coming days. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. The World Health Organization has declared COVID-19 to be a pandemic, many governments have enacted travel bans and numerous state and local governments are prohibiting large or even moderately-sized public gatherings. Publication Opportunities
Registration & Publication
Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS Conference papers submission system. If you do not have EDAS account, please create an account to submit your contribution. It is suggested that you use Firefox or Chrome instead of Internet Explore. The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original full paper of 4 to 6 pages in the A4 standard IEEEXplorer double-column format (including tables, figures and references). The full-paper review process is blind, and authors must take all reasonable steps to conceal their identity in a submitted paper:
- Be sure NOT to include author, email and institutional identities ANYWHERE in the paper, including the title, author and header areas.
- If you cite work by any of the authors, please also conceal your identities in the reference section. List your own papers as “Blind year” or “Anonymized year”, and do NOT give any details of the paper.
- Make sure that identifying information does not appear in the document’s metadata (e.g., the ‘Authors’ field in your word processor’s ‘Save As’ dialog box).
- Be sure that a paper must be able to be processed for similarity checking by text processing.
*)Note that authors still have to fill in information about all authors and their affiliations and emails in the EDAS submission system. The process of anonymity applies to the submitted paper only.
Submissions will be rejected without review if they are over the six-page limit, or if they fail to conform with the formatting guidelines in other ways (such as the use of too-small fonts, including in graphs and figures), or if they are not anonymous, or if they cannot be processed by similarity checking, or if the scores of their similarity to other articles is reported over 30%, or if they are incomplete.
The submitted full-paper must not be currently under review in any other conference or journal and has not been previously published. All papers submitted to the AIRoSIP 2023 must be written in English and formatted
Scopes
This conference focuses on the dissemination of recent studies related to the Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Signal and Image processing.
The conference will be held under the theme “Maximizing Efforts in Science and Technology Using Artificial Intelligences for A Better Life”. The event is established in trying to shed some lights into how the intertwining aspects of science, engineering and technology might influence how people strive in their lives. Nonetheless, we are welcoming any works in individual aspect with strong ideas related to the theme.

Please revise your manuscript according to the reviewer’s comments. Please double-check the English grammar and IEEE formatting. Check the tips for templating papers using IEEE format at this link so your paper will have minimal corrections.
2. Plagiarism check
Before uploading, make sure the Plagiarism Checker process has been carried out.

Upload your final manuscript/final paper (camera ready) after you have followed the requirements described in the previous points.
This process can only be done if you have uploaded the Respond-to-Review-Comments, filled out the E-Copyright Form, and chosen the Presenter Name from the authors’ names in EDAS submission system.
6. Prepare a PPT and Video
After the final manuscript submission, the paper is ready to be presented. Please prepare the Presentation File in pdf or PowerPoint format using AIRoSIP 2023 PPT Template in this link, and prepare the presentation video that looks face in the corner of the slide with a time limit of 7 minutes, then upload it via EDAS submission system.
